Big Dogs that need a new home
It seems that I see a post on social media daily from people that need to rehome their giant breed dog and this really breaks my heart. What I have discovered is that so many people want one of these giant breed dogs and think that they will stay that adorable “little” puppy forever. They get one of these dogs without any understanding of how BIG these breeds actually get and how much food they need to eat as well as the enormous amount of time and effort of training time that goes into raising them to be obedient, well socialized, loving friends. Because these dogs get HUGE really fast so many are taken off guard and bad habits can be learned quickly as well as low, sometimes dangerously low weight occurs as these dogs eat much more than people realize. NO, you should NOT be able to see your dogs ribs, hip bones or spine!
There are also some dogs that just never fit with their family and some may have been born with a temperament issue where they need another home that won’t trigger a behavioral issue they were simply born with…this does occur in all breeds.
So, even though puppies are sweet and adorable, and desirable to many, please consider adopting an adult, or young adult giant breed dog that desperately needs a forever home.

Before adopting a giant-breed puppy, please consider all this information above. It is a HUGE commitment one you must make for the rest of their life. Please do not adopt a giant-breed if you don’t have it in your heart to make this a forever commitment…these dogs have very loyal hearts and their soul will bond with yours.
That being said, we are not breeders but we can connect you with people that are. We do not endorse or recommend any of the breeders that we post here, we are simply sharing the information we have about available puppies with you. PUPPIES ARE HERE! We will post more pics soon. These parents are both Great Danes. The Mom an AKC Registered, American Dane and the Dad is the offspring of AKC/CKC registered European Dane parents. The European Danes have the big, block head of the Mastiff and stout, sturdy body as that is their lineage while the American Dane has a finer head and more slender body. Both parents are over 170 pounds and will produce very large puppies. Mom’s last litter produced black, blue , harlequin , merl, and brindle pups.
